While many people find sound healing to be deeply relaxing and transformative, it’s important to           acknowledge that it doesn’t resonate with everyone in the same way. Each person’s experience is unique, and factors like openness, expectations, and current emotional or physical state can all influence how the session is  received. We welcome teens 16 and up to join in the sound bath. 

Sound healing is generally safe and supportive for most individuals, however, there are certain situations in which caution or medical consultation is advised. Please review the following contraindications before booking. 

Contraindications: 

Consult with your healthcare provider before participating: 

• Severe or unmanaged mental health conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or psychosis. 
• Sound-induced migraines or sensitivity to specific tones or frequencies 
• Recent surgery or serious illness. 
• Pacemakers or other implanted medical devices as vibrations or electromagnetic fields may interfere.
• Pregnancy (especially in the first trimester) 
• Epilepsy or seizure disorders as certain frequencies or vibrations may act as triggers. 

Other considerations: 

• Hearing impairments as some benefits may be reduced or experienced differently 
• Under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Not recommended during sessions for safety and effectiveness. 
• Severe anxiety or PTSD as certain sounds may be unexpectedly triggering.
