With a lifelong passion for wellbeing and nurturing growth in both adults and children, Kristy brings a unique blend of educational expertise and sound healing practice to Bathe in Apricity.

Trained as a Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO), Kristy has extensive experience supporting diverse learning needs and creating safe, inclusive environments. Her strong commitment to safeguarding ensures every session is a trusted space where clients of all ages feel seen, valued and cared for.

Combining this educational foundation with sound healing training, Kristy gently guides clients into immersive experiences that nurture the mind, body and soul. Whether working with adults seeking calm and clarity or children exploring emotional wellbeing through sound, her approach is compassionate, patient and rooted in deep respect for each individual's journey.

At Bathe In Apricity, Kristy invites you to step into warmth and stillness - to breathe, heal and carry the gentle glow of apricity with you.

Bathe In Apricity

Apricity is a special kind of sunshine that warms you not just on your skin, but deep in your heart. At Bathe In Apricity, we bring that feeling to life through sound, stillness and connection. Our sessions are a safe space where adults can pause and children can explore calm in their own playful way.

We believe that warmth heals, whether it is the glow of a singing bowl, the quiet hush of a story, or the sparkle of a shared smile. Here, everyone - big or small - is welcome to pause, breathe and soak in moments of peace. It's not just relaxation - it's a little pocket of sunshine you can carry with you, wherever you go.

This work is not about fixing.
It's about remembering - your rhythm, your breath, your light.
